SUNDAY, OCTOBER 8

CAROLINA CLASSIC FAIR! (formerly, Dixie Classic Fair)

THIS SUNDAY … we will attend the Carolina Classic Fair !!!

MEET at the CHURCH at 12 PM and I will feed you lunch!
We will leave from the church at 12:45 PM – IF YOU ARE NOT AT CHURCH BY THEN YOU WILL NOT BE GOING WITH US!!!
We will spend a few hours at the fair, then…
RETURN TO THE CHURCH by 6 PM.  

ENTRY TICKETS:  I have ADVANCED SALES ADMISSION TICKETS for us, SO…  YOU DO NOT NEED ADMISSION TICKETS (if you do not have one already)!!!

EVERYTHING ELSE:  YOU will be responsible for all the other costs: RIDES, FOOD, GAMES, SOUVENIRS, etc.

Daily shifts are available for October 7-30! This is a fun way to work together to support the church. We’d like at least TWO volunteers per shift. The signup link can be found below.

SUN. HOURS: 1-5 SHIFTS: 1-3, 3-5
M-F. HOURS: 3-8 SHIFTS: 3-5:30, 5:30-8:00
SAT. HOURS: 9-7 SHIFTS: 9-11, 11-1, 1-3, 3-5, 5-7

YOUTH CHOIR

We are starting an ALL NEW YOUTH CHOIR!!! NO EXPERIENCE required!  Just a desire to make a joyful noise!
Meets immediately after SMALL GROUP!
We will begin by practicing with the Adult Choir.  We will be preparing a few pieces that we will sing during worship this Fall!!!

SMALL GROUP for HIGH SCHOOL & MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS!

WE RETURN TO THE CHURCH!

These small groups are designed to be different than our Sunday Night Programs.  Instead of events, service, activities or discussing issues, “Small Group” meets simply to share about how your week is going and to have a few people pray for you and your life.  You will in turn get to pray for others and hear about their week as well.

WHAT DO WE DO? When you meet you are asked to share 3 questions: What was the HIGH POINT of your week? What was the LOW POINT of your week? Where did you SEE GOD during the week?

HOW DO I JOIN A SMALL GROUP? Its pretty simple, but it is very meaningful to those who attend and you have an open invitation to just SHOW UP and we will guide you to find the perfect fit for you in a small groupl.
