Mrs. Peggy Ann Dean Graham, 90 of Thomasville passed away peacefully Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center. Peggy was born March 30, 1930 to the late Carey Dean and Annie Brown Dean in Jackson County. Peggy worked many years for Thomasville City Schools and served in many ways to help the children. She was a faithful member of Memorial United Methodist Church in Thomasville. Peggy loved to cook, read books, and play bridge; yet her greatest joy in life was spending time with her beloved family. Over the years, Peggy always made her home an open door for everyone, especially the children of Mills Home. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend, she will be greatly missed.

Surviving is her loving husband of 70 years, James Walter Graham of the home; two sons, Dean Graham and wife Shirley, David Graham and wife Debra; two daughters, Donna Idol and husband Jimmy, Dee Ann Gantt and husband Tom; two sisters, Janice Reynolds and husband Bruce, Mickey McCall and husband Gene; eight grandchildren, Shane Graham (Kori), Cari Graham (Charles), Emily Graham (David), Wendy Kelly (Bobby), Chris Idol (Lyndsay), Alan Idol (Whitney), Connor Gantt, Addison Gantt; she also leaves behind nine great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, February 13, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery in Thomasville with Rev. Danny Leonard officiating. Peggy will lie in state at J.C. Green and Sons Funeral Home in Thomasville on Friday from 11:00 AM- 6:00 PM, for anyone wanting to pay their respects. In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be sent to, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
