PLEASE NOTE:  If you are scheduled to get your 2ND DOSE this week, YOU DO NOT NEED A TIME SLOT ON THIS SIGN UP — we have received 100 additional first-dose vaccines to be distributed this same day and THE SIGN UP BELOW is for FIRST DOSE PEOPLE ONLY!!

Dear Memorial Congregation,
As of this writing, there are openings available for a COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic for Saturday, February 20.  This clinic is being offered by Thomasville Pediatrics (336) 475-2348 in conjunction with the Davidson County Health Department (336) 242-2300 and hosted by Memorial UMC.

PLEASE NOTE:  ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS INCLUDE:
THIS IS A “FIRST SHOT” CLINIC:  ONLY for persons who have NOT yet received a COVID vaccine shot.
65 YEARS OR OLDER.
NOT ELIGIBLE if you have had ANY vaccine (normal flu shot, tetanus, etc.) within two weeks of 2/13/21.

Memorial UMC is the vaccination clinic site but all registration must be done through the website at the link above. 
NO PHONE REGISTRATIONS CAN BE TAKEN for this event.
