SERVICE PROJECT NIGHT: EMPTY BOWLS!!!
THIS SUNDAY… We will be going to Leigh’s Fired Arts in Lexington, NC to paint pottery!!! Bring all your “artsy” friends! We will paint bowls, and then the bowls will be donated to our annual event known as “Empty Bowls”. In other words, unfortunately, you will not be able to keep your bowls! I WILL PAY FOR THE BOWLS & THE PAINT & THE STUDIO FEE, all you need to do is show up and put your creative touch on a bowl.
Your “Empty Bowls” bowl will be sold, full of soup on March 20 to help raise money for local ministries including Project Divine Interruption and Cooperative Community Ministries! (If you really like your bowl, you are welcome to come to that event and purchase your bowl at that time!)
We will eat supper at the church at 4PM, then leave to go to Leigh’s Fired Arts to paint, then return to the church!
