Dear Memorial Congregation,
As of this writing, there are openings available for a COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic for Saturday, February 13.  This clinic is being offered by Thomasville Pediatrics in conjunction with the Davidson County Health Department and hosted by Memorial UMC.

PLEASE NOTE:  ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS INCLUDE:
THIS IS A “FIRST SHOT” CLINIC:  ONLY for persons who have NOT yet received a COVID vaccine shot.
65 YEARS OR OLDER.
NOT ELIGIBLE if you have had ANY vaccine (normal flu shot, tetanus, etc.) within two weeks of 2/13/21.

Memorial UMC is the vaccination clinic site but all registration must be done through the website at the link above. 
NO PHONE REGISTRATIONS CAN BE TAKEN for this event.

If you cannot register for this event online, please contact the Davidson Co. Health Department (336) 242-2300 for their vaccination schedule.
