It is with sadness that we share news of the passing of Joseph D. Wheliss on Tuesday October 29, 2019. A funeral will be held at 11:30 AM on Tuesday November 5, 2019, in the chapel of Memorial United Methodist Church, with the Reverend Peggy A. Finch officiating. Following the funeral, the family will receive friends at a reception in the Christian Enrichment Center of the church. Memorial donations may be made to the donor’s choice.
