RAKE-N-RUN!!!
THIS WEEK, bring your rakes and/or gas powered leaf blowers, because we are going out to play in the leaves!!!!
There are a few folks at our church who could use a little help getting their leaves up this Fall and although some leaves still in the trees, we are going to help out as much as we can! This is a lot of fun and a great way to allow God to use you for a greater good!!! See you there!
Lunch will be served at 12 PM, we will be done by 4 PM! See YOU there!

THIS SUNDAY we will also be signing up for Thanksgiving Breakfast Cooks and Servers, Journey to Bethlehem Actors, AND Chrismon Service Readers!!!! These are very important sign-ups, so don’t miss it!!!

If you are interested in participating in our JOURNEY TO BETHLEHEM this year, we still need people and you can sign up by contacting TIM LYONS (336) 259-6920. It’s a lot of fun and you can serve the church too! We currently need LOTS of “village people”!!!!

FOOD FIGHT!
OCTOBER 29 – NOVEMBER 19
During the month of November we will be collecting canned food for Cooperative Community Ministries! THIS IS A COMPETITION WITH OTHER GROUPS OF THE CHURCH!!!! So don’t let me down!!! Just find (unexpired) cans of food however you can — raid your pantry at home, go around the neighborhood, go to the store and buy cans — whatever it takes and bring the cans to the church and make sure it is LABELED: “YOUTH” so we get credit for it! Rewards for the victors will be announced soon!! (So will punishments for the losers – not that we need to worry about that!)
THANKSGIVING BREAKFAST
NOVEMBER 23
8 – 9 AM
Thanksgiving morning we will prepare and serve our annual Thanksgiving Breakfast to the our congregation! Our church supports us in so many ways, this is a way to offer appreciation for this support! I need cooks, servers and washers! Signup early by letting Rodney know what you want to do and plan on attending this great event! (Cooks arrive at 6 AM, Servers arrive at 7 AM, and Food is served at 8 AM!)
THOMASVILLE CHRISTMAS PARADE
NOVEMBER 25

This year, Memorial will have a float in the Thomasville Christmas Parade!!! If you are willing to walk along the parade route with us and pass out candy and flyers, WE NEED YOU!!! Call Rodney (336) 906-3036 if you are interested!

JOURNEY TO BETHLEHEM

We need actors and village people to come and help during the weekend of our LIVE DRIVE-THROUGH NATIVITY! We need people for all three nights, and you can invite your friends and family!
